Cheyenne first completed a BSc in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at Stellenbosch University before completing her honours in Human Nutrition & Dietetics at UCT. Through personalized and evidence-based dietary & lifestyle interventions, Cheyenne strives to empower her clients to effectively embrace a lifestyle that fosters overall well-being. During her time working in a number of mental health clinics in Cape Town, Cheyenne grew a special interest in gut health and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Cheyenne also has a special interest in the use of plant based nutrition to prevent or manage chronic lifestyle diseases whilst simultaneously looking out for the welfare of the planet.
